Go Abaqwa Delivery Rules
Effective date: 2026-11-02 Operator: Quata Digital Enterprise (trading as Abaqwa) Contact: info@abaqwa.com
These rules apply to every parcel and errand sent with Abaqwa, through go.abaqwa.com or the Abaqwa app. They form part of the Customer Terms of Service.
1. What we carry
- Parcels go from one place to another, in the same town or between towns where Abaqwa has set a price. Only places and routes shown in the order form can be booked.
- Errands stay inside one city: a courier collects, buys or takes something for you and brings it to the drop-off. Cooked food from a restaurant or a home cook is sent only as an errand, inside one city.
2. What you must not send
- Money: cash, cheques, vouchers or anything used as money.
- Illegal goods, weapons, ammunition, drugs, and hazardous or flammable materials.
- Goods you have no right to send. Abaqwa or the courier may refuse or stop an order that breaks these rules. Section 9.2 of the Terms does not apply to such goods.
3. Packing and description
- Pack goods so they survive normal handling, including on a motorcycle.
- Describe the goods truthfully and list them when the form asks for an item list.
- Enter the weight as well as you can. A courier may weigh the parcel at pickup: if it is heavier and the heavier weight costs more, you pay the difference before pickup, or you cancel the order.
4. Declared value
- For every parcel you state what the goods are worth (the declared value). Declaring adds a declaration fee, shown before you pay.
- The declaration fee is kept by Abaqwa. It is not refunded, including when the parcel is cancelled or returned.
- The declared value is the most that a claim can be based on (section 8). Declare the real value.
5. Payment
- Every parcel and errand is paid before a courier picks it up. Cash on delivery is not available.
- You can pay yourself, or send someone a payment link (a waybill). The order goes out once it is paid.
- For an errand where the courier buys something, the item amount you set is held from your wallet with the errand price. The courier is paid back what the items cost, up to that amount, and the rest is returned to your wallet. You are never charged more than the amount you set.
- A tip goes entirely to the courier.
6. Pickup and delivery
- Be at the pickup place, or have someone there, when the courier arrives.
- When the order is paid, the recipient receives a delivery code (by SMS or WhatsApp, by email, and in the app if they have it). You can also give it to them yourself.
- The courier hands over the goods only to someone who gives the delivery code, or where the app asks for it, a photo of the handover.
- You may add a Google Maps location link for the pickup and the drop-off. The courier uses it to find the place.
7. When a delivery fails
A delivery fails when the recipient is not there or does not give the delivery code. The courier waits up to 10 minutes at the drop-off before the attempt counts as failed.
Errands
- The courier contacts you, the sender.
- The second attempt is free.
- Each attempt after the second costs 25% of the errand's delivery price, paid from your Abaqwa wallet before the courier tries again.
Parcels
- The second attempt is free.
- After a second failed attempt Abaqwa keeps the parcel for you for up to 5 days (at an Abaqwa hub where there is one). The App and the Site show the date.
- During those 5 days you can ask for another delivery: it costs 30% of the parcel's delivery price (the declaration fee is not counted), paid from your Abaqwa wallet before it goes out.
- If you do not ask within the 5 days, the parcel is returned to the pickup address. The order then counts as returned: nothing is refunded.
8. Loss or damage
- If goods are lost or damaged while in the care of Abaqwa, a partner company or a courier, and our investigation confirms it, Abaqwa pays up to 45% of the declared value (Terms, section 9.2). Abaqwa does not insure goods.
- This does not cover goods that break section 2, damage caused by poor packing, the part of the value above the declared value, or delays alone.
- Report it to info@abaqwa.com within 48 hours of delivery, or of the expected delivery date for a lost parcel, with your order reference, photos and proof of value. We reply with the result within 14 days.
