- How do I book a ride?
- Open the Abaqwa customer app, tap “Ride”, choose your pickup and drop-off points, then confirm. The app will match you with the nearest driver and show you their ETA, photo, and vehicle plate.
- How do I pay?
- You can pay with mobile money (MTN MoMo, Orange Money), a Visa / Mastercard card via QuataPay, or your in-app Abaqwa Wallet. Choose at checkout. Cash is supported for some cab and parcel routes — the option will be visible if it’s available for your trip.
- Which cities do you serve?
- Abaqwa is rolling out city by city across Cameroon. Open the app to see the live coverage map; if your city isn’t live yet you can leave your phone number and we’ll let you know when it goes online.
- What if my driver cancels?
- You won’t be charged. The app will automatically search for another driver. If you’ve been waiting too long, tap “Cancel” at no cost and try again or pick another service.
- How do I become a driver or hotel partner?
- Download the Abaqwa Driver or Abaqwa Merchant app, sign up with your phone number, and complete the KYC checklist. Our onboarding team reviews submissions within 48 hours.
- How do I delete my account?
- Visit /delete-account or open Settings > Delete account in the app. We strip your personal information immediately and retain only the anonymised transaction history we’re required to keep for tax compliance.
